When utilizing the Par Academy mobile application, we may collect your name, email address, birthday, and gender. This is referred to as “Mobile Application Information.”

When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are referring to Device Information, Order Information, and Mobile Application Information.

How We Use Your Personal Information

We use Order Information to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing payments, arranging shipping, and providing invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to:

  • Screen orders for potential risk or fraud

  • Provide information or advertising about our products or services, consistent with your preferences

We use Device Information to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (especially IP addresses) and more generally to improve and optimize our Site — for example, by generating analytics about how customers browse and interact with the Site or assessing marketing and advertising campaigns.

We use Mobile Application Information to provide personalized offers and experiences suited to you.

Mobile Terms of Service

The Par Academy mobile message service (the “Service”) is operated by Par Academy (“we” or “us”). Use of the Service constitutes agreement to these terms (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or its features without notice.

By consenting to Par Academy’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring text messages from and on behalf of Par Academy, including promotional messages such as specials, updates, and marketing offers.

Your participation is voluntary and not required for any purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.

You may opt out of the Service at any time by texting STOP or clicking the unsubscribe link in any message. You will receive one final confirmation message. For support, text HELP or email joe@par-academy.com.

We may change any short code or phone number used for the Service at any time. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
